In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 By creating a jiji88 Account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiji88. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the Platform.

2.3 jiji88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 To register for and use a jiji88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);

3.2 jiji88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jiji88 may result in Account restriction or closure.

3.3 Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of jiji88 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a jiji88 Account.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each User may hold only one (1) jiji88 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification. jiji88 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing the first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilHealth ID
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Postal ID
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

4.4 jiji88 may, at its sole discretion, require additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence documentation in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiji88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Account sharing, whether for the purpose of allowing another individual to gamble on your behalf or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits are applied at the account and payment method levels and may vary based on your account status, verification level, and applicable regulatory requirements.

6.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your jiji88 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. jiji88 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as required by AMLA compliance obligations.

6.5 jiji88 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility. Where applicable, jiji88 will communicate any platform-side processing fees prior to transaction completion.

7.1 Withdrawals from a jiji88 Account are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) full KYC verification has been completed and approved; (b) the withdrawal amount consists entirely of Real Money Balance; (c) no active fraud investigation is pending on the Account.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Processing Times. jiji88 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts:

• GCash and Maya: within 5 minutes for amounts up to PHP 50,000
• InstaPay: within 1 hour

7.5 Return to Source. jiji88 implements a policy requiring that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard.

7.6 Bonus Balance does not become withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full, as described in Section 8.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 8.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. 8.5 jiji88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotional benefit at any time if jiji88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has engaged in conduct contrary to these bonus terms.

9.1 All games available on the jiji88 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By playing any game on jiji88, you agree to the rules of that game.

9.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on jiji88 are tested and certified by independent technical testing laboratories. Certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by jiji88 or any third party.

9.3 Live Dealer Games. 9.4 Technical Malfunction. 10.1 You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following while using the jiji88 Platform:

• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or deposit limit imposed on your Account or any other Account.

11.1 jiji88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users and to minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered jiji88 Users through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their jiji88 Account.

12.1 jiji88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority;
• Evidence that the Account is held by a person under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormancy);
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder.

12.2 In the event of Account closure following a material breach of these Terms, jiji88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from bonus play. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to jiji88.

12.3 Voluntary Closure. Users wishing to voluntarily close their jiji88 Account should contact jiji88 support. Prior to Account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

13.1 All content on the jiji88 Platform — including but not limited to the jiji88 brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and structural design — is the intellectual property of jiji88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the Platform; or using any Platform content for commercial purposes.

13.3 Any unauthorized use of jiji88 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

14.1 The jiji88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji88 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14.2 jiji88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiji88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.3 jiji88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your jiji88 Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jiji88's liability for death or personal injury caused by jiji88's negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and jiji88 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally. You should submit your complaint to jiji88 support in the first instance. jiji88 will endeavor to respond to all complaints within five (5) Philippine Standard Time business days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution processes administered by PAGCOR, to the extent that PAGCOR's jurisdiction extends to the subject matter of the dispute.

15.4 You and jiji88 submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any dispute not resolved through the processes described above.

16.1 jiji88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where practicable, jiji88 will provide Users with advance notice of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to the Account.

16.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at jiji88.org/terms-conditions.

16.3 Your continued access to or use of the jiji88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jiji88 support to arrange Account closure.
